Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and goods collections from Senders.
2. Collect assigned invoices.
3. Load and unload goods.
4. Follow designated routes and time schedules.
5. Follow delivery/pickup instructions from the Manager.
6. Check and ensure that the total number of goods matches the Packing List.
7. Ensure customers perform stock checks before leaving the premises.
8. Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most efficient trip.
9. Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder vehicle operation and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
10. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the optimal route.
11. Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
12. Prepare necessary supplies and equipment daily.
13. Ensure customers sign the invoice with the company stamp as acknowledgment of receipt upon delivery.
14. Adhere to all safety requirements.
15. Provide excellent customer service.
16. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned and carry out additional tasks as directed by the employer.
17. Willing to work extra hours when needed.
18. Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
19. Be physically fit.
20. Possess at least 2 years of Class 3 driving license.
