• Assist with delivery using the Company's van.
• Pack, receive and load/unload deliveries safely and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the delivery van.

Job description

The job holder reports directly to the Facilities Manager. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: -

Job Description

• Assist with delivery using the Company's van;
  
• Communicate with Facilities Manager regarding delivery details to various school;
• Pack, receive and load/unload the delivery in a safe and timely manner;
• Always keep the delivery van in clean and good condition;
• Send the vehicle for maintenance when required;
• Follow road rules and directions while driving the Company vehicle;
• Complete logs and reports;
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Management during special event, school holiday activities;

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in local transport operation.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Willing to do hands on, operation oriented
• Able to work independently, highly motivated and possess initiative
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Able to carry heavy load
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
