Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Lorry/Van Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of goods to various locations across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the company van or lorry safely and responsibly
• Load and unload items (some heavy lifting required)
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients/customers
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issue
• Safely transport and deliver goods to designated locations.
• Handle loading and unloading of goods from suppliers and vehicles.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to the prescribed schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, refueling, and vehicle repairs.
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety.
• Comply with traffic laws and company regulations to guarantee safe driving.
• Provide excellent customer service, including helping customers with their deliveries when necessary.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items
• Valid Class 3 (depending on vehicle type)
• Good driving record and knowledge of Singapore roads
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Good time management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with navigation systems and local routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
