Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking a delivery driver to report to the office/warehouse, perform daily vehicle checks, and deliver goods to stores. You will handle pallet jacks, collect cash on delivery, and ensure invoices are signed with proper paperwork.

Role requires a Class 3/4 licence, 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to start on short notice. Company transport pickups are provided near MRT stations, with AWS and medical benefits in a 5.5 day work week.

Qualifications

• Secondary or relevant education is required.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience with a good driving record.
• Class 3/4 driving licence is required.
• Able to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products using pallet jack or carry cartons by hand to stores.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and keep it clean at all times.
• Take the vehicle to scheduled maintenance appointments.
• Obey traffic laws and transport products to locations in a timely manner.
• Obtain customer signatures and chop on invoice copies.
• Collect cash on delivery and submit to office the same day.
• Follow safety practices during loading/unloading and wear PPE.
• Ensure vehicle is parked in permitted areas to avoid traffic violations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To report to office/warehouse as per agreed timing


• Performing daily check on vehicle condition and keep clean at all time


• To be able to deliver the products using pallet jack or carry cartons by hand on delivery to stores


• Bring vehicle to scheduled maintenance appointments


• Obey traffic laws, safely transporting products to specified locations in a timely manner


• Do not drive while unwell or on medication that affects your driving ability


• Do not smoke in vehicle and do not use phone or texting while driving


• Responsible on products uploaded for delivery with no damages and discrepancy


• Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a vehicle


• Wear safety shoes, face mask & face shield, avoid close contact with customers and practices good personal hygiene


• Ensuring the vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking to avoid traffic violation


• Obtaining customers signature and chop on all invoice copies


• Collect cash upon delivery from customers and submit back to office the same day

Requirements

• Secondary or relevant


• Preferably candidates with 2 years of relevant work experience and good driving record


• Class 3/4 driving licence


• Able to start work in the short notice period

Company transport pick up : Lakeside MRT station and Jurong East MRT Station

• 5.5 day’s day work week (Mon-Fri : 7am to 4pm; Sat : 7am to 11am)
