About the job opening

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with Quant Traders and researchers to design, implement, and continuously optimize on‑chain trading strategies and treasury operations, including:

CEX/DEX Arb

Concentrated Liquidity Capital Deployment

Join the Quant Dev team and own the engineering side of taking strategies and treasury tooling from research to production.

Architect and maintain blockchain‑agnostic execution infrastructure across EVM, Solana, Sui, and other ecosystems.

Build and operate real‑time systems for transaction construction, simulation, signing, submission, monitoring, and recovery.

Design and maintain on‑chain data ingestion pipelines to power treasury systems, risk monitoring, inventory management, and reporting.

Tune systems for execution quality, slippage, latency, gas efficiency, fill rates, and capital utilization.

Integrate with DEXs, RFQ systems, aggregators, bridges, and liquidity venues.

Collaborate daily with traders, quants, backend, and finance teams to improve pricing, risk controls, and capital efficiency.

Track new protocols, venues, and primitives from a trading, execution, and treasury perspective.

Participate in incident response, post‑mortems, and infrastructure hardening.

Write clean, production‑grade code and participate in reviews and security processes.

Own API infrastructure for treasury management, exposing real‑time multi‑chain balances, risk metrics, and capital allocation.

Required Experience

4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on blockchain / DeFi trading systems.

Experience working in Quant Dev, trading infrastructure, or high speed environments.

Proven experience implementing algorithmic trading strategies in production systems.

Strong experience integrating with DEXs, RFQ protocols, and liquidity venues.

RFQ systems experience is strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of transaction mechanics, mempools, gas pricing, MEV, and on‑chain execution risks.

Experience building data pipelines for on‑chain analytics, balance tracking, or treasury systems.

Proficiency in backend languages used in trading systems (Python, Rust, Go, TypeScript, etc.).

Ability to reason quantitatively about execution quality, risk, and capital efficiency.

Comfortable owning systems that directly impact PnL and firm‑wide capital deployment.

Nice to Have

Smart contract experience in Solidity or Rust.

Experience with indexing frameworks, ETL pipelines, or streaming systems for blockchain data.

Exposure to cross‑chain messaging, intents, or solver‑based systems.

MEV mitigation or private orderflow experience.

Background in low‑latency trading environments.

Experience running and optimizing blockchain node infrastructure, and modifying validator clients.
