• Our Search Ranking Team is responsible for building the relevance/retrieval/ranking AI models for TikTok\'s search business. Here you’ll have the opportunity to build a full-stack search engine system based on advanced AI and machine learning methods to provide a world leading search engine. • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Modeling experience in one or more of the following areas: Ads, Search engine, Recommender System, NLP/CV.
