Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Application Engineers and Technicians in executing all debug-related tasks for server and rack products that fail during production testing.

• Conduct testing, analysis, and troubleshooting of product failures, and collaborate with customers, headquarters, and factory teams to drive improvements.

• Identify root causes of failures and isolate faulty components or failure modes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Actively participate in Kaizen initiatives to support continuous improvement.

• Prepare and update work instructions as needed, and deliver training to technicians.

• Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and assist during mass production runs.

• Contribute to ISO implementation and ongoing maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in an Engineering discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environments.

• Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, test, R&D, and system teams.

• Proficiency in Linux, with working knowledge of Python and C++.

• Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of testing and debugging methodologies.

• Practical experience in programming and debugging.
