Job summary

WE Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Debit Cards Product Analyst to join a leading global payments technology company, supporting a bank’s debit card portfolio. You will drive end-to-end product strategy, customer value, and profitability across the full lifecycle.

Collaborate with marketing, digital, operations, risk and tech to identify growth opportunities, enhance customer experiences, and implement process improvements for market-leading debit card solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in cards.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Attention to detail and risk/compliance awareness.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management and process mapping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for debit card offerings.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise debit card processes.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Monitor key performance metrics, use data to support decision-making, and help improve profitability.
• Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation.
