Job description

Objectives

• To adhere to the Business operations and execution strategies of the team.
• Responsible in achieving any other KPI as set by Unit Head.
• Responsible for the daily administrations and operations of the Desk.
• Responsible for any add hoc projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned by unit head.
• Responsible for the sales advisory, execution and processing within the team.
• Responsible to keep abreast of all regulatory or compliance requirements for the business and regularly update technical competencies.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Sales

• Conduct sales and marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide market advisory and pricing.
• Manage daily tasks in daily desk administrative, trade execution, sales and marketing.

Administration & Process

• Escalate any problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolutions.
• Assist the Unit Head in the developmental process of new product development.
• Assist the Unit Head in the daily administration requirements of the desk where applicable.
• Responsible to adhere to all guidelines, policies & limits.
• Responsible to upgrade technical competencies where applicable.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates or those with 1-2 years of working experience preferable in Treasury Markets in a reputable Financial Institution.
• Some understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets
• Strong communications and presentation skills
