A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist the dealing team in processing orders and gathering market research. Candidates should have a diploma in Banking, Finance, or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a stockbroking environment is preferred.
Responsibilities :
· Provide administrative support to the dealing team
· Ensure prompt order entries with due diligence and care
· Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned by the Team Leader
· Helping to process account opening forms and other general update forms
· Writing and gathering of research and stock market news for Hong Kong and US market
Requirements :
· Diploma in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent
· Able to work independently; possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Prior working experience in backroom operation of a stockbroking firm preferred
