Job summary

The Caterpillar Singapore site is seeking a Product Support Operations Representative to learn and assist others while building industry knowledge. This dealer-facing role focuses on parts and service operations, working with Cat dealers to achieve service excellence and distribution capabilities.

You will collaborate with internal teams to drive dealer effectiveness, safety, and business growth while traveling up to 30% and working onsite five days a week in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in field assignments or dealer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Strong problem solving and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work onsite in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver initiatives to elevate dealer capabilities, capacity and profitability.
• Support the implementation of key initiatives such as Services Commitment.
• Identify and deliver targeted Service Operations improvements.
• Liaise with dealers, customers, and Caterpillar personnel to analyze and develop solutions to customer challenges.
• Assist dealers in business planning including changes to facilities, tooling, systems to improve efficiency.
• Counsel dealers in developing increased human performance capability.
• Support initiatives to enhance dealer effectiveness, safety, growth, processes and warranty policy.
• Support rollout of new products, services and solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry, technology and digital advancements and apply them.
