Job description

We are seeking a dynamic salesperson to join our Financial Institutions Sales team within Global Markets. This role covers institutional accounts, including both Financial Institutions (FI) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI), across FX and Rates products.

You will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, delivering market insights, executing transactions, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other sales team members, trading, and cross-functional partners to drive client engagement, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality market updates and analysis;
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand the client base;
  • Execute client trades, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., trading, research, structuring) to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Support senior sales team members in managing and growing client accounts;
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement and digitalization projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  • At least 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in sales or client-facing roles within financial services;
  • Strong knowledge of FX and Rates markets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to work independently when required;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and other market data platforms is advantageous;
  • RNF licensing is a plus.
