Job summary

A leading office furniture manufacturer in Singapore is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and implement local sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales or project management within the industry. You will work closely with dealers to achieve sales quotas and enhance customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to shape market growth initiatives in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, Architecture or a similar field.
  • Experience managing large complex projects with B-to-B selling process—preferably with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or project management within the office furniture industry or a related sector.
  • Strong digital proficiency, including CRM platforms, funnel management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to coach dealer performance and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgets, sales plans, forecast and relevant sales reporting.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet established area sales quota.
  • Develop and maintain company image and brand positioning in the assigned market.
  • Provide strategic leadership and capability-building support to develop dealer sales.
  • Support dealers throughout key sales cycles to strengthen conversion rates.
  • Ensure tenders reflect quality, pricing, and solution standards.
  • Monitor and assess dealer funnel health and progression.
  • Support onboarding and performance tracking of new or underperforming dealers.

Job Purpose

Lead and implement the local sales strategy and dealer enablement initiatives to achieve sales quotas and market growth objectives. Ensure Haworth’s dealers and distribution partners consistently deliver high-quality solutions, customer experiences, and aligned brand positioning across Southeast Asia.

Your daily mission
  • Prepare budgets, sales plans, forecast and relevant sales reporting
  • Develop sales strategies to meet the established area sales quota for his/her area of responsibility
  • Develop and maintain Haworth’s image and brand positioning in the assigned market in accordance with Haworth’s global standards
  • Provide strategic leadership and capability-building support to develop dealer sales, marketing, and service excellence
  • Actively support dealers throughout key sales cycles to strengthen conversion rates, solution quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure tenders submitted by dealers reflect Haworth’s quality, pricing, and solution standards
  • Leverage Haworth’s global ecosystem to support dealer marketing, technical, and service needs, especially on strategic or complex opportunities
  • Monitor and assess dealer funnel health and progression, ensuring data accuracy and follow-through on key opportunities
  • Support onboarding and performance tracking of new or underperforming dealers to drive growth in emerging Southeast Asia markets
