The Company

Our client is a well-established financial services firm with a strong presence in APAC. Known for its commitment to innovation, regulatory excellence, and customer-centric solutions, the company provides a range of financial products and services across institutional and retail segments. As they continue to expand and modernize their technology landscape, they are seeking a skilled IT Manager to join their team and lead key initiatives in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and digital transformation.

The Role

· Oversee and manage all IT operations, including infrastructure, network, systems, and application support.

· Lead the implementation, upgrade, and integration of business systems (e.g., trading platforms, core banking systems, CRM, ERP)

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend suitable technology solutions

· Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party service providers

· Lead incident response and business continuity planning

· Implement IT governance policies and best practices

· Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to increase operational efficiency

Your Profile:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computing, Information Systems, or a related field

· 10 to 15 years of IT experience, including strong hands-on exposure to infrastructure, applications, cloud, and security

· Proven experience in IT operations, vendor management, and regional user support

· Prior experience with financial services, private equity, asset management, or investment environments preferred

· Familiarity with finance or accounting systems is a strong advantage

· Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance

· Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a lean and growing team

· Regional experience (e.g., Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan) is beneficial but not mandatory
