About This Role

Join us as a Data Verification Executive and be part of a meaningful public-sector initiative that ensures fairness, transparency, and accountability in the distribution of grant funding. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding the integrity of the grant process by verifying applications, conducting onsite checks, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will guide the project from start to finish. Your work will have a direct impact on strengthening public trust and supporting organisations that make a difference.

What You’ll Do
  • Review and verify documentation for public-sector grant applications
  • Conduct onsite verification visits to applicants’ premises
  • Develop, refine, and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent and accurate checks
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet quality and timeline targets
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in verification processes
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 GCE ‘A’ Level passes or a Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in verification, compliance, auditing, or a related field
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with occasional fieldwork for onsite visits
