Our Team:
The Global Data Analytics Team is the frontline customer service provider for Bloomberg's Data clients. We deliver knowledgeable and dedicated service to our customers, addressing data-related inquiries. We liaise with domain-based teams to support data inquiries through the "ADSK" system. We solve complex problems and provide accurate, timely solutions to surpass client expectations. The team is structured into domain-based groups across three asset classes: Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi Asset, with generalists across each group, aligned with ADSK groups and partners across Data departments.
What’s the role?
Our Data Analysts are the front line of customer service supporting both internal and external clients. Your core responsibilities include supporting Bloomberg clients via our Help Desk, developing financial markets knowledge, and understanding Bloomberg’s customer service technology. You will also use project management and problem-solving skills to implement solutions that improve client experience and team workflows. Effective communication with partners across regions and roles is essential.
