Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Business Strategy & Special Project Intern (GBS) for a 2026 start in Singapore. You will analyze performance data across products, create dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel, and support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with media and e-commerce teams, automate repetitive data tasks, ensure data quality, and build scalable tools to empower client-facing teams. A 6-month commitment is expected with 3–5 days per week, join ASAP.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
• Experience or interest in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Eager to learn and comfortable working with large data sets and multiple stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, media, and e-commerce performance data to extract insights for strategic decision-making reviews and reporting.
• Use Excel and BI tools to create and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver performance analyses.
• Identify repetitive data tasks, drive process automation, and optimize data workflows.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Build and maintain scalable data tools and templates to empower the team.
• Co-drive strategic projects that impact the business.
