Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a BI/Data Strategy Lead to develop and implement data strategies for manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in BI and team leadership. Responsibilities include managing BI platforms, leading a team, and presenting data insights to senior leadership. This role may require occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years’ experience in BI, data strategy, or MIS within manufacturing, supply chain, or technology industries.
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering large-scale BI/data projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the data strategy for manufacturing and supply chain operations in line with corporate goals.
• Design, build, and manage BI platforms to deliver insights on cost, operational efficiency, supply chain, and order fulfillment.
• Lead and mentor a BI/data team, building capabilities and aligning with business priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end BI projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with teams across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, IT, and R&D to ensure accurate and actionable data.
• Present data-driven insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Support global operations, with flexibility for occasional international travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–15 years’ experience in BI, data strategy, or MIS within manufacturing, supply chain, or technology industries.
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering large-scale BI/data projects.
• Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments.
