Job summary

The Internal Security Department (ISD) of MHA in Singapore seeks a Data Project and Stewardship Executive to bridge strategic planning and operational delivery for data quality, governance, and secure data operations.

You will collaborate with data governance professionals and security experts to ensure policy-aligned data management across projects, with emphasis on safeguarding national data assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, data governance frameworks and data quality metrics.
• Experience with data management tools such as data catalogues, governance platforms and data quality software.
• Good problem solving and project management skills.
• Certifications (e.g. CISSP, PDPA, CIPM) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify data requirements, develop data management strategies, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration.
• Manage data projects to enhance and enrich the data ecosystem.
• Design and implement data stewardship processes, managing data catalogs, in accordance with data policies and frameworks.
• Explore and identify adequate technology to improve data management processes.
