Job Description

As a Director in the Insights & Data practice, you will lead strategic data transformation engagements across industries such as Banking, Insurance, CPR, TMT, Hospitality, E&U, etc., in Southeast Asia. Your responsibilities include shaping and delivering data-driven strategies, building client relationships, and driving regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Market Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives across SEA sectors.
Develop and execute data and AI strategies aligned with client goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.

Solution & Delivery Excellence
Architect and oversee end-to-end data solutions, including cloud platforms, AI/ML, customer 360, marketing, and digital analytics.
Drive transformation programs such as customer 360, demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, personalized marketing, and automation.
Ensure delivery excellence through agile practices, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.

Practice Development
Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographies.
Mentor and develop talent within the Insights & Data practice.
Contribute to thought leadership, IP development, and go-to-market strategies.

Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement
Leverage emerging technologies like GenAI, AgenticAi, data mesh, and customer data platforms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and technology partners to co-create solutions.
Represent Capgemini at industry forums, conferences, and client workshops.

Key Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Deep domain knowledge in Banking and Insurance; knowledge in Consumer Products & Retail, Telco Media & Technology, Hospitality, and other non-financial sectors is a plus.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data programs across SEA markets.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, and AI/ML.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in top-tier consulting or technology firms.
• Regional exposure across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines).
• Certifications in cloud or data platforms and digital intelligence (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, Tealium, Adobe, GA, CEP) are advantageous.
