Job Responsibilities

The team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions.

1. Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover hidden patterns and trends in customer behavior.
2. Lead the development of advanced data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
3. Leverage customer data and analytics to acquire, develop, and retain high-value customers more profitably and effectively.
4. Develop a robust behavioral and needs-based segmentation to create more relevant, actionable, and personalized campaigns, offers, and engagements.
5. Closely monitor product and area performance, operational and manpower efficiency.
6. Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
7. Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and decision-making frameworks.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

1. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related field is preferred.

Experience

1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in analytics and machine learning or AI.
2. Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments and monitoring their performance will be an added advantage.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
4. Experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Other Prerequisites

1. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
