Job description

Rhino Partners is a fast-growing software consulting firm working with global clients on data, AI, and cloud transformation projects. We’re on the lookout for a Data Scientist who’s passionate about turning raw data into real-world impact — and if you have Databricks experience, you’ll have a head start.
What you’ll do
Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and pipelines
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to solve complex problems
Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract insights
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to high-impact data projects — many of which are powered by Databricks
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and commonly used ML libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost)
Experience in building and evaluating predictive models and data pipelines
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with Databricks is a huge advantage (we’ll get you certified if not already!)
Nice to have
Familiarity with Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, or Databricks-native tools
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience in consulting or working directly with business stakeholders
