Job summary

Our client is a fast-growing technology company delivering integrated hardware and analytics solutions for industrial sectors. A Data Scientist will develop AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and condition monitoring using high-frequency sensor data, focusing on vibration signals to detect anomalies and estimate remaining useful life (RUL).

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML algorithm development for industrial applications.
• Proven track record with end-to-end predictive maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of vibration-based data and time-series analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vibration signals from rotating machinery using condition monitoring systems.
• Develop, deploy and optimize AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and RUL estimation.
• Lead vibration-based projects and coordinate with subcontractors and integrators.
• Evaluate new technologies and foundation models for industrial AI applications.
• Drive projects from inception through deployment to realize business value.
