Qualifications

• Background in data science, statistics, ML or related quantitative disciplines
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with unstructured data processing and NLP techniques
• Proven track record building, evaluating and deploying ML models
• Familiarity with data visualization to present insights to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of labour market, workforce or skills data analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy analytical models to extract insights from jobs, skills and tasks data
• Design scalable data pipelines and prototyping analytics solutions
• Collaborate with product and policy teams to translate data insights into decisions
• Evaluate and improve existing methodologies with new data sources
• Lead partnerships with internal divisions and external partners on data science projects
• Contribute to taxonomies, knowledge graphs and data assets for skills intelligence
• Stay updated on new analytics techniques and tools
