Carousell Group is a leading recommerce platform in Greater Southeast Asia, building data-driven products to improve search, recommendations, and trust & safety. You will join a central team of Data Scientists delivering impact across multiple domains.

We expect 3+ years in ML engineering or data science, with hands-on Python, SQL, and ML frameworks. Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese is required, plus a quantitative degree.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of applied ML engineering or data science experience.
• English plus Mandarin or Cantonese; reading Chinese data from HK/TW.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related quantitative discipline.

Aufgaben

• Ship and productionize ML models end-to-end.
• Work on domains like Search, Recommendations, Trust & Safety.
• Own data pipelines: preparation, feature processing, training and deployment.
• Run and interpret A/B tests and explain outcomes clearly.
