The strategy team's mission is to use model-driven and data-driven methods to promote core indicators on LIVE revenue and user engagement, including:

  1. Building prediction/uplift neural network models to enhance LIVE feature intelligence;
  2. Mining and influencing potential audiences to improve ROI for both streamers and viewers;
  3. Analyzing user and system data to optimize user experience;
  4. Other tasks like user growth and cold-start strategies.

Requirements:

  • Responsible for data science related to TikTok LIVE's product and operational strategies.
  • Analyze business data across markets, develop targeted strategies, and evaluate their benefits.
  • Create insights for different strategic scenarios using data analysis to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Majors in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields, with internet business experience.
  • Strong analytical framework and scenario understanding, adept at using data analysis to solve business problems.
  • Experience in causal inference, evaluation frameworks, and data mining is preferred.
  • Understanding of machine learning principles and recommendation algorithms is a plus.
