Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data science libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, ML algorithms, data mining, visualization and predictive analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business problems and translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Develop, implement and maintain ML models and analytics solutions.
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Design data science solutions using Python, R and SQL.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Build, validate and optimise ML models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Develop data visualisations, dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Support deployment, monitoring and improvement of data science models.
• Prepare technical documentation and present findings and best practices.
