  • Develop and maintain internal tools for model testing, evaluation, and performance monitoring
  • Assess model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques
  • Document model assumptions, limitations, and validation results with minimal oversight
  • Maintain model inventory and track lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate needs into data-driven solutions
  • Serve as a regional liaison between global AI governance and Asia-based teams
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with regional and global stakeholders
  • Stay current with AI/ML advancements and proactively apply new knowledge
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles, ideally with exposure to GenAI models.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python, and machine learning libraries/frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving both technical excellence and ethical responsibility in AI.
  • Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
