Job description

• The candidate must have minimally 1 year of experience in AI Governance (i.e. testing Gen AI / ML models for bias, fairness, robustness, and compliance to regulations and standards).
• Bachelor / Master / PhD in Analytics, AI / Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems with major in business analytics and / or data science from a recognised university:
  • Professional certifications in business analytics / data science / ML engineering from accredited professional bodies coupled with a few years of related working experience for graduates from other disciplines, are also acceptable for the position
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI governance, and at least 1 year in AI/ML implementation
• Adaptive in a fast-paced matrix environment, overseeing multiple projects concurrently within an agile environment
• Possesses strong problem resolution, attention to detail and effective communication skills to manage and deliver complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and their practical applications in business contexts
• Knowledge of current AI regulations and industry best practices for responsible AI implementation is an advantage
