Job description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop, train, and refine machine learning models to support agritech innovations, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to enhance model performance.
• Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to enable efficient data ingestion and transformation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and trends that drive business decisions.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate key findings and model performance to stakeholders.
• Work with hardware and networking teams to integrate data-driven solutions with IoT and sensor-based systems.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data collection, storage, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the MES software team to design and integrate AI Agent workflows that enhance automation and decision-making across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar for data analysis and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
