- Analyze call centre data (calls, chats, tickets) to identify trends, root causes, and performance drivers
- Perform text analytics on call transcripts to identify trends and sentiment.
- Collaborate with operations management to improve staff scheduling using data-driven forecasts
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline operations (e.g., call routing)
- Work with IT and business teams to integrate data pipelines and analytics tools into call centre systems

Other Information:
- Monthly basic salary range of $6,200 to $6,400
