Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing to work on developing Machine Learning Algorithms and implement NLP/LLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, gather business requirements, and identify relevant data sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and deliver rapid analytical iterations to refine problem statements and surface actionable insights.
• Design and implement suitable machine learning algorithms or statistical models to solve targeted business problems.
• Interpret and effectively communicate analytical outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data and ML Engineers to deploy models and algorithms into production environments.
• Support the development of scalable data science infrastructure, tools, and frameworks to streamline analysis, experimentation, and deployment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the team’s capabilities and methodologies.
• Ensure solution delivery is aligned with Agile principles and development practices.

The Candidate:

• Minimally 3 years of experience in Data Science focusing on NLP/LLM with demonstrated experience of delivering data driven solutions.
• Strong experience in Python and SQL on data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks, libraries and data visualization tool
• Proven ability with AWS/Azure services relating to NLP/LLM.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve technical problems.
• Excellent communicator with ability to present findings and key concepts across to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent and proactive team player.
