Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in statistical models and ML principles, with experience in data mining projects.
• Proficiency in ML, DL and recommendation algorithms; knowledge of clustering/classification is valued.
• Experience with NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, text summarization, or LLM fine-tuning is preferred.
• Strong programming ability and understanding of data structures/algorithms.
• Research experience, including academic publications, is a plus.
• Experience with big data and distributed computation frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) is desirable.
• Excellent logical thinking, communication skills and business understanding; familiarity with game contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research on state-of-the-art machine learning, deep learning, social-network data mining and recommendation algorithms for online AI serving.
• Perform in-depth statistical analysis on large-scale data to mine user behavior and attributes.
• Conduct sentiment analysis, topic modeling and summarization on massive user comments.
• Identify user pain points and propose strategies to improve user retention.
• Improve data analysis pipelines by combining business requirements with data, using distributed computation platforms; develop efficient data mining solutions.
• Research AI agents to upgrade existing data processing pipelines.

Job Description

• Research on state-of-the-art machine learning, deep learning, social-network data mining and recommendation algorithms with game data, help design, evaluate and improve the core algorithm and strategy for online AI serving.
• Response for in-depth statistical analysis from large-scale data, mining for user behavior and attributes, building user portraits.
• Conduct sentiment analysis, topic modeling and summarization on massive user comments.
• Identify user pain points through massive data and proposing strategies improving user retention.
• Improving data analysis pipelines, combining business requirements and data, by using distributed computation platform, develop efficient and reliable data mining solutions.
• Research on AI agents for upgrading existing working pipeline.

Job Requirements

• A strong understanding of statistical models, related machine learning principles, and experience working on data mining related projects.
• Familiar with machine learning, deep learning and recommendation algorithms such as clustering and classification, grasping and having deep understanding in at least one of them.
• Strong self-driven ability, team cooperation ability, anti-pressure ability and studious candidates is preferred.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.
• Prefer candidates with research experience such as academic publications.
• Prefer candidates with NLP experience such as sentimen analysis, text summary, LLM fine-tune, AI agents.
• Prefer candidates familiar with causal inference or optimization algorithms.
• Prefer candidates having big data experience, and familiar with distributed computation framework such as Hadoop, spark, hive and etc.
