Job summary

Ambition, a globally recognised luxury brand with a strong regional presence across Southeast Asia, is expanding its data and AI capabilities. Join the regional team to build and deploy ML, GenAI and AI-driven solutions across customer, retail, marketing, merchandising and operations.

You’ll work closely with business, data and technology teams to translate real-world business problems into scalable AI products and to drive measurable impact through experiments and production deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science / ML / AI Engineering.
• Strong Python + machine learning experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings or agentic AI.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and measuring business impact.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious and hands-on with emerging AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities
