Job summary

Hytech is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the data product portfolio including data warehouse, platform, self-service BI and risk-as-a-service. You will guide discovery, define PRDs, and drive cross-functional alignment across data, risk, product, compliance and business teams in a fast-evolving fintech environment.

With 8+ years in PM within internet/finance, you will shape metrics, governance, and ROI, while mentoring a small Data PM team and delivering measurable business

• 8+ years PM experience in internet/finance.
• Familiar with DW/data platforms and BI tools.
• Data-driven mindset; able to define and measure product success.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the data product portfolio — warehouse, platform, self-service BI and risk-as-a-service.
• Run discovery, problem definition, user research, PRD authoring; translate business asks into shippable product iterations.
• Build product operations for data assets, metrics and semantics — releases, versioning, breaking-change comms, impact analysis.
• Lead cross-functional alignment (data, risk, product, compliance, business) on OKRs, milestones and delivery commitments.
• Measure business value (adoption, reuse, self-service coverage, time-to-decision); drive ROI with data.
• Lead and grow a 2–3 person Data PM team; codify methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or above; 8+ years PM experience in internet / finance; 5+ years on data / analytics / platform products.
• Familiar with the product shape of DW / data platforms / BI tools; comfortable discussing technical detail with engineers.
• Familiar with metrics for at least one financial domain (lending, risk, payments, collections).
• Strong scoping, written-spec, upward-comms and cross-functional drive.
• Data-driven mindset; able to define and measure product success.
