Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a seasoned Data & AI Product Lead to own end-to-end strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of core data and AI solutions. You will partner with executives and functional leaders to translate business objectives into actionable features and backlogs.

In this role you will manage resources, work with engineering, analytics, and data teams to drive sprints, unblock delivery, and resolve outages, while establishing governance and tracking ROI post-deployment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of product management or technical delivery experience centered around AI, data engineering, BI or analytics.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments is a strong plus.
• Strong technical background is required.
