About The Role:

As a Data Product Director, you will lead the development, strategy, and management of data products that serve our institutional investor clients. You will oversee a team of data professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful data solutions that enable clients to make informed investment decisions.

In This Role You'll Gain Experience In:

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Define long-term and short-term strategies for data products, aligning with business goals and client needs, ensuring continuous innovation.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of data products, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and visualization.
• Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce standards for data accuracy, consistency, privacy, and compliance, leveraging industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients’ investment teams and internal stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage a team of data and research analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Innovation & Technology Adoption: Evaluate and integrate emerging data technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key metrics, analyze product performance, and implement improvements to maximize impact and client satisfaction.

You Are Likely To Succeed If You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or product management within financial services, technology, or related industries.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale data pipelines and platforms.
• Extensive experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark
• Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with international colleagues from China, India and US, as well as the client presentation and public events for the company.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
