Job summary

SingPost is seeking an experienced compliance professional to oversee the data protection framework and governance, supporting the Head of Compliance in ensuring effective oversight across the organisation.

You will prepare quarterly compliance reports for the Board, support the e-learning project, and independently lead data privacy projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Risk, Finance, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years in regulatory compliance or data privacy within a complex matrix organization.
• Experience in logistics or financial services is preferred.
• Data Privacy Certification is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of PDPA, GDPR and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure operations comply with PDPA, GDPR, and related regulations.
• Lead data privacy projects and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports for the Board.
• Provide internal compliance advice to management.
• Conduct staff training and e-learning content on compliance.
