Allianz Singapore seeks a seasoned Data Privacy & AI Trust Officer to lead data protection and AI governance. The role combines operational privacy execution with governance oversight, reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance/DPO, and ensuring compliance with PDPA, MAS, and Allianz standards.

The candidate will manage data incidents, AI lifecycle governance, DPIAs, DPIA automation, and training across the organisation, while liaising with Allianz Group on AI governance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, IT, data science, or business; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of combined data privacy and AI governance experience.
• Experience in data incident management, privacy operations, and DPIAs.
• Proficiency with OneTrust for privacy and AI governance.

Responsabilités

• Data incident management: act as first responder for personal data incidents.
• AI governance: oversee AI lifecycle, use-case inventory, and risk classifications.
• Privacy-by-design: partner with tech teams to embed privacy in AI projects.
• Privacy operations: maintain DPIAs, DPIA progress, and DSR fulfilment.
• OneTrust platform management and optimisation across privacy and AI modules.
• Training and awareness: deliver privacy and AI governance training.
• Reporting and analytics: produce privacy and AI KPIs and remediation tracking.
