Job summary

Sun Venture, a long-term investor, is seeking a Data Platform Manager to serve as the technical authority for its enterprise risk and portfolio analytics platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, architecture, and operation, working with the Head of Performance & Risk, data providers, and the platform vendor.

Key responsibilities include designing data models and analytics data warehouses, building automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT, SFTP), and ensuring data quality, governance, and reliable

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms in financial services is valued.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design of the Performance and Risk data platform.
• Design, build, operate automated data pipelines from internal systems, custodians and data vendors.
• Lead the technical delivery of platform implementation and ongoing production operations.
