Job summary

TikTok is seeking graduates to join our Data Platform Business Partnering team in Singapore. You will translate business needs into data warehouse designs and build batch and real-time data pipelines.

Ideal candidates have a CS/Software Eng degree, strong SQL, and programming skills (Java/Python/C/C++). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data products that empower analytics and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, SQL, and computer networks.
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical implementations and build batch and real-time data warehouses.
• Lead data modeling design, and develop, maintain, and optimize ETL jobs.
• Collaborate with business teams to define and build data metrics based on the data warehouse.
• Build and maintain data products that support business analysis and decision-making.
• Participate in system rollouts, upgrades, implementations, and releases to streamline internal processes.
• Develop and implement analytical techniques and data applications to transform raw data into insights.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, NLP, and ML techniques to extract information from large datasets.
• Visualize, interpret, and communicate data findings via dashboards.
