You will work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, provide BAU support, enhancements and production support for critical data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support or Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL development.
• Experience with data pipelines, integrations, transforms and quality checks.
• Production support and incident response experience.
• Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrations and data solutions.
• Translate business and data requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop and support data ingestion, transformation, validation and reconciliation processes.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Monitor system and pipeline performance; identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Support testing, releases and ongoing BAU activities.
• Maintain technical documentation including data flows, mappings and runbooks.
