Job summary

CoStar Group in Singapore seeks a Data Operations Associate for STR in APAC. The role loads performance data from submissions and feeds, performs quality checks, and delivers reports to clients globally, collaborating across STR and CoStar teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, strong data analytics skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, data, business management or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong data manipulation and analytics capabilities with quantitative data.

Responsibilities

• Load performance data from submissions, automated feeds and files.
• Perform data quality checks, research and accept/reject data.
• Generate, check, and send reports to clients.
• Coordinate data delivery with STR and clients worldwide.
• Assist in automating data submissions from vendors.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to standards.
