Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Data Modeler for Private Wealth Data & Analytics in Singapore. You will design, develop, and maintain analytical data models, mappings and data assets to support reporting, analytics, AI and business decisions.

The role partners with Analysts and Technology teams to implement scalable data solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data modeling, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with data warehouses, cloud platforms such as AWS, and BI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, data management and data integration.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data profiling and transformation.
• Experience with relational and dimensional data models.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses and AWS.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical data models.
• Create source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Tech teams to integrate new data sources.
• Ensure data assets are governed, scalable, and reusable.
• Support data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance activities.
• Assist in ingestion, transformation and delivery processes.
