Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to join a banking sector client in Singapore, focusing on data migration, testing, UAT and project support under a 6-month contract.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance across countries. You will develop, execute and document UAT test cases, perform data cleansing and assessment, validate source-to-target mappings, and track progress with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate migration

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document comprehensive UAT test cases based on business requirements.
• Coordinate and manage testing activities across regional teams to ensure adequate coverage of country-specific business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate testing workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and defect triage sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Track testing progress, monitor defect resolution, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
• Ensure testing outcomes are properly documented and aligned with business acceptance criteria.
• Assess data quality and perform data cleansing activities to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Standardize and enrich data to ensure readiness for migration.
• Collaborate with business users to resolve data quality issues and validate ownership.
• Support migration planning and execution activities.
• Validate data transformation rules and ensure proper source-to-target field mappings.
• Review migration requirements and identify potential data risks and dependencies.
• Execute migration testing and perform reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Validate migrated records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure data integrity and completeness throughout the migration lifecycle.
