Job summary

• Prepare and organise data for migration onto a new system
• Perform data verification and validation before and after migration
• Review extracted reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Identify and correct data errors, discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Support preparation of training workshops and materials
• Assist with administrative activities relating to the system migration project
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for dashboard updates
• Conduct data cleaning and quality checks
• Identify and rectify errors within existing datasets
• Ensure information presented in the dashboard is accurate and properly maintained
• Handle documentation, digitalisation, filing and archiving
• Coordinate meetings and workshops
• Prepare documents and materials required by the department
• Support various departmental projects and initiatives
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
