Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Database Enrichment & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct data collection, research, cleansing, and de-duplication.
  • Analyze data trends and produce actionable insights to support campaign planning.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources including CRMs, external vendors, websites, and sensors.
  • Track and report on operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Visualize data and prepare reports that support strategic decision making.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Liaise with external data suppliers or vendors to resolve data issues.
  • Maintain internal dashboards and tracking systems to monitor database growth, freshness, and completeness.
• Process Automation
  • Study existing data workflows to propose suitable AI tools or automation strategies.
  • Support implementation of selected automation tools to streamline data processing.
• Project Delivery
  • Deliver tangible outputs such as data reports, analysis dashboards, or presentations by the end of the internship period.
• Ad-hoc Assignments
  • Participate in other tasks or projects as assigned by the Data Management Manager or Director.
