Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, management information, reporting or a related field.
• Practical experience using Python, SQL and Alteryx for data extraction, transformation, validation or analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting/visualisation tools are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse and standardise data from products, workstreams and other agreed sources.
• Maintain accurate client-level datasets covering status, milestones, owners, dependencies and blockers.
• Track status changes and produce movement, variance and exception reporting.
• Build, refresh and distribute recurring MI reports, dashboards and supporting analysis.
• Perform data-quality checks, investigate discrepancies and maintain issue logs to support timely resolution.
• Prepare clear commentary, document data definitions and assumptions, and escalate material issues with an appropriate impact assessment.
