Responsibilities

TikTok will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require TikTok's sponsorship of a visa. About the Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

  • Independently own the end to end planning, management and delivery of key projects to resolve problem statements relevant to overall ADSO.
  • Cultivate strong partnership with Lines of Business partners, employing a strategic approach to facilitate the effective integration of LoB requirements into proposed solutions, thereby ensuring that operational strategies are closely aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive the definition and maintenance of a clear governance framework for key metrics, including ownership, definitions, usage, and change management processes; lead and support initiatives to unify and standardize metrics, reporting practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across operational and performance metrics, by implementing data validation checks and governance mechanisms to maintain high data quality and trustworthy insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and produce structured reports systematically with actionable insights that inform both strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Translate findings into targeted process optimizations that drive measurable business outcomes and support data-driven leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and dashboards supporting diverse business use cases.
  • Delivery of performance scorecards across Lines of Business (LoBs).
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion of Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 5 years of experience in business analytics, business/project management, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets to inform strategic decisions while operating effectively in complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills, with proven experience managing complex, strategic projects and processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and detail-oriented; ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Proficient in SQL (data extraction/manipulation), BI/visualization tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into practical recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of operational workflows and business processes in the Operations/Trust & Safety/Content Safety domain.
