ING’s Asia Wholesale Banking Data Management team is seeking a seasoned Data Governance specialist to drive data governance practices across the end-to-end data lifecycle. You will collaborate with data owners, stewards, and custodians to close data issues and ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.

You will produce governance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, establish data quality metrics, and work with data engineers to continuously improve data

Competenze

• 5 years of proven experience in implementing data governance practices.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with ability to make informed decisions.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data models and perform basic querying.
• Understanding of data protection, privacy and regulatory considerations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Adhere to data governance roadmap and improve end-to-end data lifecycle processes for integrity and quality.
• Facilitate governance workgroups and engage data owners, stewards and custodians to close actions and data issues.
• Collaborate with Data Management Lead, Business leads, Data Protection, and Data Architect/Engineer to improve solutions aligned with business processes.
• Produce governance reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders, highlighting trends and actions.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs; implement data lineage practices for traceability.
